The scope of work is input with the assistance of AI, utilizing the industry standard estimating software, and every estimate and inventory is reviewed and tweaked per client specific recommendations or requests, while remaining true to geographic market conditions and labor rates.

Appraisals | Public Adjusting
Appraisals are when an agreement cannot be reached between an insurance company & an insured. Each party hires and independent appraisal to put forth an estimate to indemnify the insured based on the language and terms of the policy. The appraisers will likely utilize an additional third party to close the claim.
Public Adjusting is a path utilized when an insured is looking for complete representation throughout the claim process. Individual consultants may hold licenses, and we work everyday with Public Adjusters in our service area.
